All McDavid orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Please note that we only ship to a physical address, not to a PO Box.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until the issue has been resolved, as these may be required to process your claim.
