The McDavid Carpal Tunnel Wrist Support offers maximum support and stability through its medical-grade splint, which is designed to relieve pain from carpal tunnel, arthritis, tendinitis, and sprains. Its firm compression and soft tissue support provide additional relief, and the neoprene wrap-around support features a removable medical splint for added support. The product also features Velcro closures for a snug fit, and can be used on either the left or right side. Additionally, it comes in a one-size-fits-all design to accommodate a wide range of individuals.

All McDavid orders are sent via courier. Exact delivery times are dependant on the carrier.

30 Day Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can contact us at info@mcdavid.co.nz and our customer team will explain the process, step by step.

Returns

We are happy to offer a refund on all items providing they are returned within 30 days, they have not been used and are in saleable condition. All tags must be attached and intact.

If you wish to return two separate orders, please do so by using the individual return labels.

Delivery Locations

We only ship within New Zealand.

Remove splint through a slit in neoprene. Wash in warm water with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and drip dry. DO NOT MACHINE DRY OR DRY CLEAN. Frequent washing is recommended to keep this support clean and free of body salts that may cause skin irritations.
