The McDavid 489 Dual Band features dual Sorbothane pads that deliver targeted, pain-relieving pressure for optimal relief. Its latex-free neoprene construction provides thermal/compression therapy and soft tissue support, and its adjustable hook and loop closure ensures a secure fit and comfortable wear. The flat-seam construction offers ultra comfort and a contouring fit, while the product is designed to fit both the left and right side. Additionally, it is available in S, M, sizes and is made from 100% latex-free 1.5mm neoprene (CR), exclusive of binding/strap/pads/cover fabric.

30 Day Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can contact us at info@mcdavid.co.nz and our customer team will explain the process, step by step.

Returns

We are happy to offer a refund on all items providing they are returned within 30 days, they have not been used and are in saleable condition. All tags must be attached and intact.

If you wish to return two separate orders, please do so by using the individual return labels.

Delivery Locations

We only ship within New Zealand.
